Ningen Dock (人間ドック) is a comprehensive voluntary health examination program practised in Japan since the 1950s. The term, meaning "human dry dock", describes a systematic, head-to-toe assessment designed to detect health risks before symptoms arise.

Cardiovascular, metabolic, hepatic, renal, pulmonary, gastrointestinal, ophthalmological, and auditory parameters.
English-speaking staff on site. Interpreters for other languages may be arranged for an additional fee.
Preliminary findings explained by a physician on the day. Full written report sent within 2–3 weeks.
On-site departments include internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, urology, ophthalmology, and palliative care.
Typically 3–4 hours. A light vegetarian meal is provided on site after completion.
